Mine has been a journey of “Never looking back in life” gifted to me by my dear: HAYES IHM which gave me the ability and the skill to fly from my small hometown Bilaspur to Abu Dhabi.
Thank you HAYES IHM, you not only educate your students on subject knowledge but also provide them a vast Real-world experience through vocational training in your course and Magical Personality makeovers. Without HAYES IHM and the training and motivation given by our Director Ms.Sona Luthra Narang, I could’ve never imagined myself as a strong independent woman working overseas. I owe this career to my alma mater because of which I could make my parents and grandparents so proud.
Coming from a Middle-Class family in Palampur, doing Professional Degree from HAYES IHM & then getting Campus Placed just after the 5th Semester with ITC Hotels was a dream come true.
I was also lucky to undergo International Internship in Singapore through my College itself. This motivated me & gave me the confidence to be here where I'm today: Working in Miami,U.S. with a leading Cruise Line. The days spent at HAYES IHM have been the best Days of my life. All thanks to my HAYES IHM, my Directors and a wonderful Team of Faculty who guided and trained me in the best possible way.
About 7 years back I joined HAYES IHM as a shy and under-confident boy.
HAYES IHM gave me confidence and knowledge which is imperative to be financially independent. It's due to the right decision of Joining HAYES IHM that now I am working with an industry that is a perfect blend of glamour, name, fame, and money.
I am currently working with a Cruise Line in America. When I go to my village it's so enriching a moment to experience when people come to my parents and say that they want their wards to be like me.

I was once a very shy, introverted girl who used to get nervous in front of big groups & had stage fright.
I was already pursuing a Hotel Management Degree from another Institute in the city but was not too satisfied. Someone suggested HAYES IHM & from here A New lease of my life began.
My story has been a tale of complete transformation. God gifted me beauty but, HAYES IHM made me confident, a young girl who ventured into modeling and is currently well settled in Australia. This change in me happened due to the inspirational counseling of our Director ma'am Ms. Sona Luthra Narang and also all the sessions imparted by our learned lecturers.
It would not have been possible without HAYES IHM.
This confident, fashionable, smiling, financially independent girl who comes from Himachal's small-town Nurpur would have never ever been possible had I not joined HAYES IHM.

A course in Hotel Management has given me the essentials of LIFE : Sound Career, Fame & Money. Now, well settled with my Dream Job with : Oberoi Trident, Udaipur. All Thanks to Excellent Placement Cell of my College: HAYES IHM. Speciality of my College : HAYES IHM is to provide integrated internships programs . In my course duration, I got to intern with leading 5-Star Hotel Chains like: Oberoi, Trident, ITC, Taj, Marriott. Mine is a story of a small village's boy who always dreamt of becoming a big professional. The Best Decision of my life has been to join: HAYES IHM. I joined the Degree course in 2008 and got placed with Taj right in my 5 th Semester itself Then I moved on to The Oberoi chain & am currently working with Marriott, Kolkata. In these past 06 Years I have got a chance to work with Industry's biggest Brands. All Thanks to HAYES IHM. Without it & my Directors support I wouldn't have been where I am.
We, as friends, were quite similar when joined HAYES IHM. Low confidence and lack of fluency in English language. But, Thanks to HAYFS IHM who totally transformed our personalities. We got Campus Placements from HAYES IHM with Trident The Oberoi Chain of Hotels.
Over the past 05 Years we have though moved on in our career but it's all because of HAYES IHM that we have been able to achieve our Dreams.
